RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return Conditions

1.1. Products can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

1.2. In order for the return to be accepted, the products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

1.3. For returns, the return form must be filled in and sent along with the invoice of the product.

2. Exchange Conditions

2.1. Products can be exchanged within 14 days from the delivery date.

2.2. In order for the exchange request to be accepted, the products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

2.3. For exchange transactions, the exchange form must be filled in and sent along with the invoice of the product.

3. Return and Exchange Fees

3.1. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

3.2. In case of product error, shipping costs will be covered by the SELLER.
