Delivery and Return Policy

Order Processing:

Orders placed on weekdays and Saturdays by 14:00 are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 are handed to the carrier on the next business day.

Orders received on Sundays are dispatched on the next business day (Monday).

Shipping Process:

After dispatch, deliveries within Istanbul take 1–2 business days.

Deliveries to addresses outside Istanbul take 1–3 business days.

Tracking:

A tracking number is sent when your order is dispatched. You can use it to track your shipment online.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges may vary according to your basket total. Orders above a specified value qualify for free shipping.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. If a fault or defect is found, the seller pays return shipping. Returns due to personal preferences such as size, colour or style are at the buyer's shipping expense.

Delivery Problems:

Contact us immediately if you encounter a delivery problem. We will handle all necessary communication with the carrier.

Note:

The shipping period runs from the order date; delays may occur due to force majeure such as natural disasters or high volumes.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. However, if products are faulty or defective, the seller pays. For returns due to personal preferences such as size or colour, the buyer pays return shipping.
