Shipping rates

Available shipping options and the final charge are shown at checkout for your delivery address before you pay.

For destinations outside Türkiye, the buyer pays outbound shipping and standard return postage. Rights relating to damaged or incorrect items and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Estimated delivery

For domestic deliveries in Türkiye, allow an estimated 1–2 business days for Istanbul and 1–3 for other cities after dispatch. Times may vary with carrier and demand.

Returns and exchanges

For B2C purchases, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery. The standard B2B return-request window is 7 days after shipment; existing terms for earlier orders are preserved. Opening the packaging for normal inspection does not by itself remove your return rights. For B2C returns within Türkiye, return shipping is free when you use the carrier specified in our return policy. For destinations outside Türkiye, the buyer pays outbound shipping and standard return postage. Rights relating to damaged or incorrect items and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
