- USE OF THE STORE

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide when creating an account or placing an order is accurate and up to date.
- PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every reasonable effort to present the photographs, colors, fabrics, features, and measurements of our products as accurately as possible.
However, due to screen settings, device differences, lighting conditions, and production batches, the actual color or appearance of a product may differ to a limited extent from its on-screen representation.
Information regarding size, composition, care, fabric, and use is stated on the product page or on the physical product label. Instructions on the product's internal care label take precedence.
- PRICES AND PAYMENT
The current sales price of a product is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Campaigns, discounts, and product prices may be changed prospectively. Price changes made after an order has been completed do not apply retroactively to that completed order.
Any shipping, tax, or other mandatory charges are shown to the customer before the order is completed.
Payments are processed through secure payment providers active in the store. Card information may be processed through the security infrastructure of the relevant payment institutions.
- ORDERS
After an order is completed, order information is provided to the customer electronically.
An order may not be processed or may be cancelled where there are legitimate grounds such as a stock error, an obvious pricing error, an incomplete payment transaction, a technical problem, or a suspicious or unlawful transaction.
If payment has already been collected in such a case, the relevant amount is refunded to the customer in accordance with applicable law.
RG Brand's authority to cancel or modify an order may not be exercised in a way that removes the consumer's statutory rights.
- SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are prepared after payment and stock checks and then handed to the carrier.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, campaign periods, public holidays, and operational conditions.
For sales of goods, delivery is carried out with due regard to the maximum periods prescribed by applicable consumer legislation.
Merely handing the product to the carrier does not mean that it has been delivered to the consumer. Delivery is completed when the product reaches the consumer or a person designated by the consumer.
The seller cannot reasonably be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law, a consumer has the right, in distance sales, to withdraw from the product received within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying a penalty. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before delivery of the goods.
A withdrawal request may be submitted through the return system on our website or by written notice sent to info@rgbrand.co.
Following the withdrawal notice, the product must be returned within the period specified by applicable law.
A returned product should not have been used beyond what would be necessary for ordinary inspection in a store. If use of the product causes a loss in value, the relevant provisions of applicable law apply.
Legal exceptions may apply to personalized products and other products or services excluded from the right of withdrawal by law.
Defective, incorrect, incomplete, or damaged products are assessed under the consumer's statutory rights independently of the right of withdrawal.

- REFUNDS
Where the right of withdrawal is duly exercised, payments are refunded within the periods prescribed by applicable law and, where possible, through the payment method originally used by the customer.
The time required for a refund to appear on a card account due to the internal processing times of banks or payment institutions is not under the seller's direct control.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The relevant intellectual and industrial property rights in the RG Brand name, logo, product designs, photographs, graphics, texts, catalogs, videos, and website content belong to RG Brand, Gönültaş Tekstil, or the respective rights holders.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, published, or made available to third parties for commercial purposes without written permission.

Product reviews and other content submitted by customers must comply with the law, third-party rights, and generally accepted standards of conduct.
Content containing insults, threats, misleading information, spam, unlawful material, or infringements of third-party intellectual property rights may be removed.

Delays arising from internet infrastructure, payment institutions, carriers, natural disasters, decisions of public authorities, strikes, war, emergencies, or other events beyond our control are assessed according to the circumstances of the particular case.
Nothing in these Terms of Service removes or limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related legislation.
- ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
If an obvious error is identified on the website in a product description, stock information, price, image, campaign, or technical information, the relevant information may be corrected.
If there is a material error concerning an order, the customer is informed as soon as possible and a solution consistent with applicable law is offered.

Consumers retain the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees, Consumer Courts, and other competent authorities within the monetary limits and other conditions prescribed by applicable law.
