- After your order is received during business days (Monday-Saturday), orders placed until 14:00 will be shipped the same day.
- Orders received on Sundays will be shipped on the first business day of the week (Monday).

- After your order is shipped, delivery time to addresses within Istanbul is within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery time to other districts outside of Istanbul varies between 1-3 business days.
Cargo Tracking:
- When your cargo is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track the status of your cargo online with this number.

- The shipping costs of your orders may vary depending on your basket amount. There is no shipping fee for orders over a certain amount.
