Location approval
Street / shopping mall traffic, storefront visibility, storage, rent level and competitor density are reviewed.
Architectural project
Shelving, hanging, cashier, storage, storefront and lighting language are designed to RG Brand standards.
Preliminary offer
Project scope, franchise entry, system fee, product payment plan and advertising framework are presented in writing.
Agreement
Brand use, territory, payment, audit, returns / exchanges and the parties’ obligations are clarified.
Product and stock plan
The initial stock is created according to climate, customer profile, season, age group and size mix.
Digital setup
Shopify sales-inventory system, barcode, reporting, payment and store user roles are set up.
Opening and follow-up
Training, launch, storefront plan and the first 90 days of sales-stock performance tracking begin.
Two commercial models
Standard payment plan
50% of the initial product purchase is paid upfront. The remaining 50% is spread over 12 months under the payment undertaking defined in the agreement.

A bank guarantee issued by a bank, with wording, amount and maturity acceptable to RG Brand, may be evaluated as security for deferred product, project or other contractual obligations.

Bank guarantee framework
- The issuing bank and wording are subject to RG Brand approval.
- Amount and maturity are determined according to project risk.
- For time-limited guarantees, the renewal date is defined in the agreement.
- The guarantee letter does not automatically remove franchise or system fees.
- Return or reduction conditions are regulated in the agreement.
