Refund policy

You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered—unworn, unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and unopened. The final decision on whether the return is accepted lies with RG Brand. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return requests will not be accepted.
