DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

1.1. SELLER

1.2. BUYER

The buyer's name, contact and delivery details are those submitted electronically when ordering and recorded in the order.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

This agreement determines the parties' rights and obligations under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER's website rgbrand.co.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS AND PRICE

Product name, product code, quantity, selling price, tax, delivery/shipping charges and order total are specified in the order summary and pre-contractual information shown to the customer before confirmation and form an integral part of this agreement.

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The BUYER acknowledges receiving information before ordering about the product's main features, selling price, payment and delivery, and providing the required electronic confirmation.

4.2. Subject to exceptions for goods made to the consumer's specifications or personal needs, the SELLER must deliver within the promised period and without exceeding the statutory maximum period for goods sales.

4.3. If delivery is to a person or organisation other than the BUYER, the BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of delivery details. The SELLER's statutory responsibilities until delivery remain unaffected.

4.4. The SELLER must deliver the product in accordance with the characteristics stated in the order. The consumer's statutory choice of remedies for defective goods remains unaffected.

ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. Subject to statutory exceptions, the BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of delivery to the BUYER or a designated third party, without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Notice may be given in writing or on a durable medium. The consumer may also withdraw before delivery.

5.2. The consumer must return the goods to the seller or an authorised person within 14 days of giving notice of withdrawal, unless the seller has offered to collect the goods.

5.3. Refunds are made within the period and by the method specified in the applicable Regulation on Distance Contracts. RG Brand's Return Policy and pre-contractual information govern the detailed procedure.

ARTICLE 6 – COMPETENT AUTHORITIES

In disputes, rights to apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts under applicable consumer legislation remain unaffected.

ARTICLE 7 – EFFECT

By electronically confirming the order, the BUYER is deemed to accept the pre-contractual information and agreement terms presented.
