View your order, select the items you wish to return and submit your request through your Shopify customer account.
How it works

Sign in to your account
Enter the email address used for your order. Sign in with the six-digit code sent to your email.

Select your order and items
Open the return request option on an eligible order. Select the items, choose a reason and add a note if needed.

Track your request
After submitting, follow the email notifications and status in your account. Use the instructions sent to you for return shipping.
I would like an exchange
For a different size, colour or product, email us your order number and the change you would like. We will review your request based on stock availability.

Check that you signed in with the correct email address. If your order or item does not show a return option, contact us with your order number.
