2. Products, Prices and Orders

Product information, prices, stock availability and order totals are displayed before payment. Orders are processed once payment and necessary checks are complete. In the event of an obvious pricing or stock error, technical problem or impossibility of performance, the customer is informed and action is taken in accordance with applicable legislation.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy and statutory consumer rights and responsibilities remain unaffected.

4. Withdrawal, Returns and Defective Goods

Withdrawal and returns are handled under our Return Policy and applicable consumer legislation. Nothing in these terms removes the consumer's mandatory rights under Law No. 6502 and related legislation.

5. Account and Security

Customers are responsible for keeping account and order information accurate and current, and for securing their account access details.

6. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Use

The RG Brand name, logos, original images, texts and site content are subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. The site must not be used for unlawful activities, fraud, malware, unauthorised data collection or activities compromising service security.

7. Third-Party Services

Our store may use Shopify infrastructure and third-party payment, shipping, analytics or similar services. The sales agreement is between the customer and RG Brand. Third-party services may also have their own applicable terms.

9. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Rights to apply to the competent authorities provided by law in consumer disputes remain unaffected.
